Your 9th Fairway Condo Board of Directors has planned two meetings of general interest to all owners during the month of October. The first will be a WORKSHOP scheduled for Wednesday, October 9th at 10 AM in the Clubhouse meeting room. The main topic will be Understanding The New Florida Legislation Governing Condominium Management and where we, as owners, stand today. All owners are invited and are encouraged to attend!
The second meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 24th at 4:00 PM. This is a regularly scheduled Board of Director’s Meeting, the first since May. The Board welcomes your attendance and input as we approach the Fall Budgeting process and review past projects and goals for the future. Copies of our current budget will be made available to you, as will a current Directory of Condo Owners and contact information.
